The Lassa Fever International Conference will take place on the 16th and 17th of January 2019, at the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, Nigeria.

The conference will include plenary and parallel sessions based on the conference sub-theme. There will also be an opportunity for poster presentation based on the abstracts submitted within the conference sub-themes.

Yes you can. However, registration will be a criteria before final confirmation of the acceptance of your abstract.

Yes, this is possible. However, the registration cost is the same. Please note that your registration is valid for the event and badges will be actively checked throughout the conference to ensure that participants have registered properly.

Registration fees are refundable, less a 20% processing fee, up until December 30. No refund will be issued for cancellations starting January 1, 2019.
All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference Chair- lfconference@ncdc.gov.ng.
